By accessing the DataViox platform—including our proprietary gaming applications, server infrastructure, and regional data nodes—you agree to a specialized framework of operational standards designed to protect performance integrity and user sovereignty across the Turkish gaming ecosystem.
Access & Eligibility Thresholds
The DataViox ecosystem is engineered for high-performance interaction. Users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to establish a primary account. By utilizing our services, you confirm that your hardware configurations and network connectivity meet the minimum latency requirements for fair play and data synchronization across our Istanbul-based server clusters.
Account security is a collaborative responsibility. While DataViox employs encryption protocols to safeguard your credentials, the user is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data. Any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence—such as password sharing or use of unsecured public Wi-Fi—is the sole liability of the account holder.

The Digital Asset Protocol
Defined as any in-game currency, cosmetic items, levels, or performance metrics accumulated via DataViox applications. These are non-transferable outside the proprietary ecosystem.

Scheduled maintenance typically occurs Tuesdays between 03:00 and 05:00 GMT+3 to align with regional low-traffic periods in Turkey.

Terms regarding network stability emphasize direct routing via TurkNet or Superonline backbones for optimal competitive integrity.
Questions Investors & Users Ask
DOES DATAVIOX OWN MY DATA? +
You own your identity, but we own the telemetry data generated through platform interactions to optimize network routing.
CAN I SELL MY ACCOUNT? +
Commercialization of user accounts is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent structural ban.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS? +
Digital service consumption is final once data packets are synced; refund eligibility follows Turkish Consumer Law (TKHK).
Intellectual Property Ownership
PROTECTION OF CORE LOGIC
All content, including software code, game mechanics, visual assets, trademarks, and the proprietary "Latency Matrix" algorithms, are the exclusive property of DataViox. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our software for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

Legal Safeguards & Disputes
Liability Caps
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataViox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or ISP failures originating outside our internal infrastructure.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms-of-service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices.
Protocol Termination
DataViox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if telemetry monitoring patterns suggest 100% certainty of malicious interference or systematic breaches of legal conduct.

Conflict Resolution Matrix
Before pursuing formal legal action, all parties agree to an informal 30-day "Cool-Down Period" where DataViox Legal Representatives from our Şişli headquarters will attempt to resolve the discrepancy via direct communication.
